Homelander hasn't done anything truly impressive in either medium to give the edge to him.

and while weaker he did take some hits from Soldier Boy

I don't think either is above what Smasher should scale to though

Unless composite means DB calcs I don't see how that helps him at all

He actually said it was 0.5 kilotons (Cyberpunk Red said it was 0.1 kilotons).
