Percy ends on fishman Island, can he beat Arlong and his gang?

Admittedly it's been a while since I read the three Percy Jackson books I have read but I don't recall anything that would allow him to win over Arlong. I know later on he gets a lot stronger but in the early books, he seemed pretty unimpressive.

TTC is where Percy lifts the sky, which is beyond One Piece as of right now.

In TLT Percy defeated the Minotaur before having any training.

The Minotaur can throw a car half a mile.


In their rematch in TLO the Minotaur threw a limo 100 ft.



Percy was able to rip off it's horn during his fight with it.



In SOM Percy easily beats Polyphemus once he gets angry, Polyphemus is around 15 feet tall and can throw boulders with enough force to shatter them to fragments.

For reference a weaker Cyclops like Ma Gasket can easily rip apart three ton metal claws.
