I doubt anyone here other than me has played Anonymous;Code so I will give a rundown of Asuma's feats here. I would highly recommend it btw, it's a visual novel in the same ScienceAdventure series as Steins;Gate.
TL;DR he's like a more haxy version of Tetsuo from Akira.
Restrictions: Speed Equalized (Speed is weird for Asuma. He automatically defends against most attacks including missiles, gunfire, etc... presumably because the Asuma in the layer above does the reacting for him. Though there are a few times he gets tagged by things far slower for no discernible reason. So i'm equalizing speed so this discussion can be more about how Asuma's hax stacks up to Bleach's Hax).
So how far does Asuma get?
The world Anonymous;Code takes place in is a simulation. There are infinite layers of simulated worlds with only the topmost layer not being a simulation.. Through Asuma Souga's connection to one of his world layer's Earth Simulators, Gaia, he connects to the Asuma one layer above and gains god-like power over reality as a result. Anything he wishes for becomes reality.
Can predict everything through his connection to Gaia with a 95-99% degree of accuracy (with the only exceptions being when up against other people using their own Earth Simulators, Pollon who can save and load the world thus changing his actions, and Lucia/Momo who miraculously incarnated from the Vatican's Earth Simulator into a physical body and thus doesn't exist within any World Layer normally).
