LA versions have similar stats afaik (with reaction speed going to wade) but Regeneration tilts it into Wade's favor since putting him down for good would be a PITA for Noir (from my memory The female takes significantly longer to heal similar wounds: Wade set his broken neck back into place himself while kimiko takes time to heal)

I would put it on Deadpool too due to the healing factor issues.
