I think even in the first Kamen Rider series Lizardlon/Tokageron can kick destructive soccer balls that can break a barrier that can withstand a nuclear bomb.

Classic Kamen Rider #1/Ichigo has jumped through a fucking island while tanking a nuke, as far as his feats are concerned in the original Kamen Rider and Kamen Rider V3. I know he's done tons of crazier shit like survive thousands upon thousand meter falls from mid-air, tanking large building to city-block level explosions and when you factor in canonically like in Kamen Rider movies with him vs Gaim for the whole Showa vs Heisei era stuff, he's a lot more powerful.

As Qinglong said, scaling from Neo Heisei riders should give him sub-rel to FTL reactions (likely do to Clock Up or Build shenanigans)

His reactions would be that level, not his physical movement speed. Ichigo can not Clock Up or Accel style move around.

Dude is almost regularly fightning SuperSentai every 5 years at this point.

So he might even be stronger than what we have in the wiki.
