Yes. Like I said, he has 1) open scummed before in that game Ultra hosted for yew geh oh nerds 2) has proven he can test boundaries and see what town let's him get away with

Basically I wouldn't rule out open scumming if it wasn't just a throwaway joke. The traits I attribute to Ratchet (being meticulous, overtly aware) are something you're leaving out that is pretty important as to why it's less he's unintentionally posted.

It literally does not matter because whether it's open scumming or a misslip it has the same outcome so shrug

I think if it isn't a joke it's 2
But you can bury him on both premises, just isn't the hill to die on

Given that shortly after Xadlin became the top wagon again I would say "most". And even if it hasn't, the risk of it doing so is still there, it offers scum nothing.

I don't believe I've ever done it. I have maybe once or twice posted something to the PM that was meant for the thread, so it could certainly happen. I don't think I've ever "slipped" as scum though.

Do you see the issue here. Every action I take, you find a way to frame it as scummy. There is absolutely nothing scummy about what I said to Ekko, but because it needs to be scum driven for you, you claim it's a slip. This is why, if you're town, I'm reading you incorrectly this game. It's possible that you're tunnelling, but you know why that's suboptimal too. I hope, if or when you do get my flip, you ease on the tunnel vision and try to consider other aspects of the game.

It was funny to me. Look hime, I voted Ultra then saw Ekko voted him immediately after, so I played coy with it. It is not serious. Whether you find it funny or not, I don't really care, but reading too much into something isn't going to help you get a more accurate solve.
