Hmm... I'd probably unironically go for current Accelerator (as opposed to someone like current Touma).

Much smarter, less clumsy, more versatile powerset, more powerful outright, and happens to be quite amicable/sociable, though my ability to acquire allies would be comparatively worse than if I were Touma, but that's w/e.

You would also have to deal with his shit luck if you picked Touma.
