The dude basically has NO FEATS pre-skip bar killing a Fraccion (something that isn't notable for a Captain) and fighting Tosen, who himself is incredibly lacking for feats.

This is how TvTropes put it and yeah, I fully believe Accelerator would fry his brain even trying this. As it's not just a single time, it's PER PREDICTION OF AN OPPONENT'S MOVEMENTS.

Surtr is Large Planet+ level and his durability is utterly absurd, the issue is that SB has the most stupid sense of not realizing that because a big boom didn't happen, that doesn't mean the feat didn't happen at that level of power.
Surtr got his head blown off by Napoleon using every last bit of energy and even his own existence to fuel that attack(Which explicitly gets stronger against anything with "Mystery"... and let's not forget, the man is basically FGO's equivalent to All-Might) and then he gets hit full force by Sigurd using Gram hopped up on even more power(Not only can Gram/Balmung ward off Country+ attacks, it's explicitly something even Odin fears) and is stronger against Dragons... and Surtr was becoming Fafnir at that point... and Surtr took ALOT of punishment from him AND Brynhildr(who again is strong enough to literally wreck shit Napoleon couldn't easily).

They do this same stuff with The Lion King despite later material outright showing off that's not the case in any fashion.

It's apparently cherry picking to point out that Hisagi's other feats don't line up with him being able to dodge an attack from someone who BLITZED the guy who made sport of BANKAI ICHIGO, is an obvious outlier.

Sure Grimm6Jack whatever you say? This by the way is the same idiot who deliberately ignores feats when they "don't make sense" to him. IE Byakuya's feats in HM, his feats against Gerard etc.

Because Lieutenants repeatedly get effortlessly owned by Captains/Captain level opponents when they don't hold back and because Tosen has blitzed a blatantly faster character than Hisagi.
