Eren gets his shit pushed in. Dragons can cast spells, Common Adult Red Dragons can use Control Winds, Elemental Bane, Far Step, Greater Invisibility and Synaptic Static. Common Ancient Red Dragons can use Crown of Stars, Elemental Bane, Etherealness, Finger of Death, Power Word Pain, and Whirlwind, also potentially level 9 spells like Power Word Kill or Wish.

Here, Mash's Ortinax can't handle his flames as Da Vinci notes it's like being submerged in lava and she would be long dead if it wasn't for the Magical Energy laced in the Ice and Snow(Da Vinci DOES note the Ortinax is meant for Extreme heat in the NATURAL World meaning it's just a metaphor and Surtr's flames are far hotter than being in deep lava.

This is especially obvious when Holmes later states Surtr's flames are close to the level of a Star at the end of the day.

Here, Holmes states that while Surtr's flames aren't on par with a Star, but he's quite close to it without using his Noble Phantasm nor it's True Name Release(Which fits closer to the actual temperature Surtr can do).

Because it's only then just like when everyone had to clear out of Quetzalcoatl's Piedra Del Sol or they would be wiped out because she was throwing around temperatures on the level of the Sun.

Honestly Void Shiki is a bit of a mess and I fundamentally can't blame people for it.
On one hand, Kinoko Nasu stated she's the strongest being in the Nasuverse due to being so close to the Root which is basically like the Universal Records for the entire Multiverse, I suppose... but on the other, that version of herself had to hide within Shiki to not be made an enemy of the Counter Force, is stated to only be able to fight Servants defensively and sees fighting a Beast of Alaya(like Fou/Primate Murder) beyond her capabilities and didn't even show up against Goetia(Shiki Ryougi did though).

You end up with people trying to headcanon it away by stating FGO Void Shiki isn't trying and holding back her power... but we know that's false as Asagami Fujino is heavily implied to have become a Servant due to Void Shiki amongst her displaying other abilities.

Archetype Earth being only Planetary is absolutely retarded though and only a dumbass would believe otherwise.

Power Word: Pain, mechanic wise it works if your current hit points are 100 or below. Your Constitution measures how much HP, stamina and vital force you have, which also helps resist poison or intoxication, holding your breath, marching or labouring for hours without rest, going without sleep, and surviving without food or water. Power Word: Kill requires no save.

Lore-wise, in the older editions, the power word spells were part of the entire "true name", and you're tapping into that by using those spells.
