Again to pull from Type-Rey, that would only work on SB, Instant Death, even in Overlord where it works like an RPG, would require resistance to deal with it or not.(It's still Magic based, so resistance can work against it in that fashion too)
Of course, SB pretends that every monster in Nazarick knows it and pretend Ainz stomping the shit out of The New World suddenly matters to any other series, that it kinda gets lost in the shuffle that The New World is hilariously pathetic for itself in terms of feats worth a shit, not helped by the fact that the few feats we do see doesn't help Overlord in the slightest with anything beyond Supersonic.

This is why you need to be PRECISE when it comes to shit like this, the town wasn't build for 150,000+ people, it was built for less than 20,000 and it was only AFTER they gathered people from liberated camps, meaning the cities' size didn't change one iota.
So yes, that matters alot more than people say it does, there's a reason why I saved this post in particular.
