On the flip side, I believe Touma's light speed reaction feats are outliers by merit of him being attuned to Misaka's fighting style and his right hand acting like a lightning rod. Meaning that he really just puts his right hand in front of him at the right time, so he’s really reacting to Misaka's actions than the lightning itself.

Worse for Touma is that while he has the strength advantage. His attacks are notoriously predictable (again, the fights against Tsuchimikado and Oriana come to mind). His victories deride mainly from catching his opponents off guard va unexpected counterattacks or the surprise factor of the Imagine Breaker, which is very difficult for him to pull off in this particular situation. On top of that, he has no feats for cutting durability, so even the cheapest and weakest swords Shirou can make will go straight through him if they aren’t negated

I didn't know Touma was 30 at this point (it's only been 8 years irl and a couple of months in-universe at that point)
