It's an easy mistake to make that I still do to some extent as well.
It's still better than the bullshit SB and others try and pull and pretend it doesn't work at all by only pulling parts of it.
But yes, not all Servants are FTL but they would have high level reaction feats regardless(and if given certain means like the Mythological Mystic Code, they potentially very much could).
If you are wondering about my Servant Speeds stuff, it was more to destroy the shitty usage of how slow Servants are even back then and using turn of phrase(Like Hippolayta's Arrow only moving as fast as sound... despite Alcides making zero attempts to dodge in the Manga or even in the LN and her later arrows is never given such a speed again) to do so but then ignore how later series and even humans move well past those speeds something fierce.
