It wasn't truly accepted yet, only a few users actually did(@OtherGalaxy and @CrossTheHorizon ) and it actually needs a majority approval at that.
That's our standard and rules and it's always been that way. It's why despite us talking shit about Negima and UQ Holder, they got where they are due to people putting in their due diligence and actually keeping up with it.

It was the same deal with the Nasuverse and other series like Shadow Hearts/Koudelka as @Papa Nier can tell you of that.
Like NO ONE would have believed Shadow Hearts isn't where it would be if it wasn't for him going through the games like a fine-toothed comb or with I think @Atem with Ni-Oh and Ninja Gaiden, especially the former and how it stacks to NG and Dead or Alive due to it.
 
Tbf im pretty sure Paxton is talking about the OBD wiki putting them at universal+ though the page seems to have more supporters from fn than olf.
 
universal+ toaru was accepted after rev made that longass thread that got deleted because sb was spamming it with views or something

nothing beyond that got accepted bc we were waiting for the information to be compiled before other guys looked over it

if i really wanted no aru to not being part of the obd, you know i could do it sooner, and you know the obd stance on the mockery/rejection part

- Marksmanship: Accelerator has been shown to be extremely proficient with firearms (in SS1). Should just use guns Accel :mjlol seems like you have more luck with that than your own powers.
 
Jesus, those To Aru pages on the OBD wiki are even more lackluster than the vsbattles pages for them.

How the fuck do you manage that? :mjlol
 
I mean, he can technically augment the speed/energy of the bullet and improve its aim ten-fold but that's kind of pointless.

its not my fault the fucking thread got zapped :mjlol it was 10 pages long and nobody had any real rebuttal for it

i guess the "+" was not but universe level shit had a lot backing it up

I remembered the times when people in OBD thought that Othinus was a planet-level character, as ToAru couldn't have a universe-level character. They were seriously saying that instead of destroying the universe Othinus covered the whole planet with a black veil, and all other feats like "moving galaxies" were exaggerations.
