If we do go with that, then he is a legit threat to Servants(or Dark Sakura) but he wouldn't stomp any of them once their Noble Phantasms come out. Too many of them are at Large Planetary+ and would come out too fast for him to dodge.
If we go lower on the scale, they wouldn't need them and he would die pretty easily but still stomp Shirou and Rin depending on their versions.
Honestly, the Meteors ARE a threat but they tend to forget they are SLOW(as in the Servants can outspeed it and it's only a threat to baseline humans) and that while QSH's Human Army are Servant tier, they don't really have any Noble Phantasm equivalents which is the real gamechanger.
And LB3 has the best industrial output?! My brother in Christ, how can Siriel lie this hard?! They barely have any industrial output and are the equivalent of QSH having no ideas but raising cattle, what fresh bullshit is this?
And Skadi is not incompetent(Hell, Napoleon straight out tells you being seen as a genuine threat by Skadi is the equivalent of a death sentence due to being able to see everywhere in the Lostbelt due to her Snow, having taps in all of the Leylines and can easily send her army of Valkyries to end you while boosting them with said Leylines and her Runes), she's just soft which won't be here, it's hilariously QSH whose incompetent and very, very complacent which is his downfall.

Here, it's shown that despite it being a direct hit, Xiang Yu comes out of the wreckage practically unharmed and notes that Mordred's True Name Release Clarent Blood Arthur was a "minimal" threat level(considering CBA is an A+ Noble Phantasm, that's an ABSURD amount of power to be called "minimal" all things considered, especially with how Noble Phantasm and Strength ultimately differ by a massive amount)

I have an Archive that goes over each of the Lostbelts. It may not be perfect but I went over currently 4 of them including almost being finished with Atlantis(And I plan on doing further updates on certain Servants). You have no excuse of atleast looking them over. @CrossTheHorizon tried to bullshit an explanation and it didn't work for him, it definitely doesn't work for either of you.
EDIT: At the very least, bring up Nehza who was with Chaldeas in that Lostbelt and was the crux to defeat Xiang Yu and you would get somewhere as she's supposed to be Karna-tier(or close to it).

how strong are the vongMass Effect doesn’t have the speed or firepower to win. Their best ships are like continent or multi-continent level. Without FTL Drives they can move at sublight speed via sub-rel. On foot, most of the high tiers are multi-city block to town level. Their speed is mhs+. Maybe they are higher with the pilots being able to fly those starships.

Honestly, is there any reason why SB seems to love LB3 the most? QSH isn't the best king. Morgan, Skadi even Zeus are all better, more competent kings than him. The only kings that are worse than him are Junao (because Limbo) and Kukulkan (mainly because despite being LB king she doesn't do any ruling at all, being born very recent)
