Bruh, Vader is utterly beyond anyone in Bleach, actually read the Legends Expanded Universe and you'll know that Vader would body every character in Bleach at the same time without breaking a sweat... and I say this as someone who knows the main parts of the Star Wars EU and Bleach especially.
EDIT: This is like saying Gilgamesh would lose against the Bleachverse because he's "one man" when he absolutely outstats everyone by a gigantic margin.
Gil has AoE in form of Ea and GoB and has various of hax weaponry.
Vader's hax is more limited and more suited on one on one fight. He doesn't have hax that can engulf lots of people at once like Sidious' force storm or Nihilus' force drain
