How is that a non-sequitur when it clearly followed your reasoning of how Askin bodied Ichigo so easily(Even though easily is in such massive quotations because we don't even know how that happened).

Ichigo was not fighting Stern Ritter. He was running away from Stern Ritter to catch Yhwach, and was immediately pressured and had to be saved. So that actually proves he's not capable of dicking around against such a force without being quickly defeated.

Blaze... you fucking dumbass, Ichigo easily murdered the Femritters in battle to the point that even them activating their Volstandigt couldn't even get him to TRY. He had to tell Candice to dodge his Getsuga Jujishou because she was otherwise doing the equivalent of a deer in headlights. He treated the Sternritter he "ran away from" like they was nothing and he wasn't even saved, Byakuya, Renji and like Hisagi told him to go after Yhwach, you liar.

This has nothing to do with Askin, who Ichigo directly engaged and showed immediate caution against upon learning he defeated Grimmjow. Nowhwere is it said that Ichigo was not serious until Yhwach.

This is absolute 100% fan-fiction. The ONLY THING we get from that scene is that Ichigo had to tell Candice the obvious because she was surprised he effortlessly overwhelmed her strongest attack to the point of ignoring his shit coming at her. There is absolutely NOTHING stating Ichigo wasn't planning on killing the Sternritter, especially when we know in the 1st Invasion, he actually did "kill" Shaz Domino who only survived due to his special ability.

There’s a very obvious escalation where even though Ichigo toys with the Sternritters in base, he uses Getsuga Tensho to block Galvano Javelin(there was some lightning leftover from the Javelin, to note) and uses his stronger Getsuga Jujitsho to overpower Electrocution.

So Ichigo not trying somehow = Candice was a threat to him because some of her normal attack energy still lingered? Is this where we are going to right now?! Did people miss the fact that Meninas decked him at full blast and it did NOTHING when if we are going by that logic, Meninas shouldn't have done shit against Kenpachi even weakened.

There’s an obvious reason Ichigo used his strongest technique, and There’s no reason to discount it as ‘just fanservice’ unless it’s literally the last possible explanation to use.

While the consensus has Mordred be the rightful victor(for fucking once), the way they act like Sakura has a chance at all is... weird:

I swear, that is seriously one of the most wanked things I hate about VS. debates:
The fact you have people who look too much at feats on the paper that look more impressive vs. ignoring feats that are much more ludicrous when you actually go deep within it.

Sakura's feat is truly impressive... on the surface until you realize it's not really all that strong in context or in execution even in series. Meanwhile what is Heracles' best feat that SB loves pretending doesn't somehow work for him?

Being able to stop and hold off for even a second an attack with the yield equivalent of turning the World into ash(While dealing with double the effectiveness against Life and Gods at once).

To anyone who says that Sakura > Heracles is either SB or listens too much to SB(Or goes into the FSN sub where they downplay the series itself one too many times like they came from SB)

It's because that shit comes from fanon years ago before certain people either re-read the scenes in the game or looked at the Ultimanias for FFVII.

It doesn't help that ALOT of people say they love FFVII but barely remember dick about it past the major beats and still try and VS. with it really shows how stupid they can get with Meteor and Supernova(Especially consistently misunderstanding Sephiroth's goal despite both AC and Dirge of Cerebus having the Lifestream being removed from the Planet is basically a death knell for it, something established in FFVII.)
