The main reason for that is obvious:
ChaosTheory did those calcs because Bleach had no real feats until the final arc until that point. You literally had them all at Mach 29+ and City+ DC for a majority of the time till then and that was only when we reached the Final Arc in the Manga, that changed... somewhat(Basically the feats only stacked to 3 characters on the whole which was Ichigo, Yhwach with Soul King powers and Aizen).

So ChaosTheory did these calcs to give the series SOMETHING other than just depending on the final arc for anything... now, you have what Type-Rey stated and people just accepting extremely shit calcs while MonkeyBanana, the only person with common sense, is telling them how awful those calcs are(As they full reach VSB tiers of terrible calcs when it comes to certain series like Bleach, Demon Slayer and MHA)
