probably JoJo for me bizarrely. Like yeah I’ve sunk a ton of time into properly scaling Transformers, but that was easier to debate because there’s a very small amount of people online who know as much or more than me about it (in terms of scaling), so rarely did I experience any meaningfully obtuse arguments or pushback
Because JoJo is now very popular in the scene and has attracted a large number of downplayers it’s not even fun to discuss with people who aren’t friends. Dealing with annoying and dishonest people for that series specifically is what really put into perspective for me how unimportant this hobby is and how little time I should be investing into it

I know Antithesis is a good ability but GTFO, it DOES NOT make a Bankai level power ups worth of difference, especially considering it's an ability that has to be used manually and Uryu doesn't have any way to ensure his survivability like Lillie's intangibility or Pernida's regeneration.
Some people even saying he beats SKLAVEREI Uryu.

Now normally, I can see them trying to argue on how they win on their own merits but no, they are dead ass trying to compare them to Sukuna and Mahoraga's feat in Shibuya as if any of them reaches that level of speed or strength when they not only haven't, that was their entire fucking strategy because they was not at his level at all.
Why is it there is only one other person arguing that none of them even remotely matches up to 15 Finger Sukuna and why are his feats being counted as something they can do?! Anime updates or not, this is just ridiculous.
Also, I love how they are still downplaying the "Castles" by bringing up the real life Manors that Rin and Illya are in and not, I don't know, the fact that Nasu very clearly points to the absurd Castles that is Camelot or The Hanging Gardens?
I didn't get the chance to answer this as I had other stuff to do but the easiest answer is honestly the Nasuverse on both sides.
On one hand, I legit despise how VSBW basically wanked it into oblivion due to basically taking from one of the few translations and going all ham on the literals when it's not that fashion(i.e. The Moon Cell has watched the Earth and it's History during it's inception to be the equivalent of the Swirl of The Root in and of itself suddenly means it's Multiversal because it created it's own Root... when it's meant to just be wordplay on the fact that it's history of The Earth is similar to The Root doing it to the entire Multiverse) but on the other, I hate how even in various Nasuverse sections, people get assblasted if you dare point out certain very obvious truths because they just can't be assed to read properly:
1. The consistent lie that Servants cannot destroy Planets when Da Vinci's entire deal and explanation is that Moriarty couldn't destroy EARTH(Which is why it's singular, when in the fuck is Planet Plural?) and that's because Earth explicitly has defenses against the beings born on it from destroying it(This is why Divine Spirits cannot do similar despite if they could while still alive like the Machine Gods).
2. Them consistently acting as if the Nasuverse is all hax and "Anyone can defeat Anyone because that's what Nasu got across" when not only is that not true by Nasu's own word(Go read the Heracles section in Fate/Material Complete II, God Hand is legit meant to be completely unfair if you can't play by it's rules), we literally see that having enough power can override hax alone with Excalibur vs. Sefar. Strength and Power matters just as much as hax.
There is honestly more than this if I get into it, like people believe that Servants are paper mache and can be cut by anyone(I love when people ignore that being cut by a Noble Phantasm is not the same as being cut by a sword, especially wielded by someone that is leagues beyond even the strong superhumans in the Nasuverse) or Servants are just too slow or other nonsense that is just made up to win arguments(I had someone dead ass try and lie to me that Zelretch's Jeweled Sword can outperform Excalibur at it's best... ignoring to even remotely get to that level, you basically are going to die even remotely handling that level of power).
It's honestly tiresome and it's next to Bleach in how bad people push that series to shit that is never demonstrated or shown.
