The thing was, for a while it looked like even Meliodas realized how fucked up it was because he kept his distance for a good portion of the story and tried to ditch her so she'd go back to her family like three different times.

So this scene initially was less him actually thinking of the baby as his girlfriend and more "my entire kingdom fucking exploded, everyone I know is dead, and I'm going insane from trauma". Him saying it was fucked up but it was because he'd just been, y'know, royally fucked up.

And then after his demon powers come back all that goes out the window and he's just a full blown yandere for the rest of the series

Exactly, this is the point. The unlimited energy doesn't come from Dragon core but from the Grail, from Sakura.

This guy saying she almost always have it because of dragon core.

Someone also point out that Medea need preparation to have good regeneration. He is saying as if Medea have it naturally.

Just going through the first page I have seen consistent NLF from Ban's abilities as well as Meliodas' Full Counter among many of the other 7DS's hax but ignore that even in that series, their hax has limits(Ban's infamous attempt against Estarossa when he tried to kill Meliodas is right there). This goes the other way around where they act like Askin's DeathDealing is also an absolute when he needs to digest what he uses meaning to poison Meliodas and co. with magic, he explicitly needs to digest it so... GL with that. He's better off poisoning them through oxygen, hydrogen or their blood than magic. And for some reason, everyone else is ignored despite the fact Gerard is literally a no-win scenario for them, they have no means of dealing with Pernida's nonsense and Lille is just as threatening.

It's a mess of people just talking at each other and not towards each other.

yeah , the problem is some of the strongest nasuverse characters doesn't even have a Firepower like some servants but their hax is broken , for example Aoko's true magic is more dangerous than Goetia's time hax

Man, you have to be huffing glue to get that shit completely wrong in the first place
Goetia doesn't even have hax like that, his grand plan is basically him touching upon what Aoko's True Magic can do... which isn't even new for the franchise as Kojirou does the same thing with Tsubame Gaeshi with Zelretch's True Magic.
And even then, nobody in 7DS has anything that can match up to even some of the more mid-high tier Servants, let alone getting to the True Magic Users.
 
I dropped after one of the giant fights something told me the series wasn't going to improve

EDIT: I think I saw the Zeldris reveal from NF spoilers though, and all that did was convince me dollther was one of the worst characters on the protagonist's side
