Tbf the TV special hyped the toymaker as like the biggest threat to the doctor so you could possibly scale him to some crazy novel/comic shit based on the hype.
the toymaker 're bound by some stupid rules that he set up, that's why he get pranked by the doctor over and over again but leaving that aside, he still kills verses like kamen rider, dragon ball, Saint Seiya like a mouse I don't really see how that's the case reading up on her, care to list the reasons why?

Danmachi powerlevel is also really weird. Like one of those listed have lvl 5 and 6 cause city destruction.
Loki familia's lvl 5~6s fighting seriously vs Asterius at the city doesn't destroy it.
Obviously not everyone are the same even those of the same level but sometimes the discrepancy are too big. Like lvl 7 Ottar>>>>Lvl 7 Finn for example. It's kinda confusing that Gareth who can lift Galleon, punches a hole through Adamantite, somehow doesn't just one shot his enemies. Some enemies that can be harmed by those lower level than him. Allen is considered the fastest adventurer and people are impressed at his "almost breaking speed of sound" speed or smthg. And yet there are some adventurer who reaches FTL.
Hell some of those feats lifted there can win vs some non-combat related Fate's Servant and few combat related. But I struggle to think it is across the board in level at this point
