This is NEVER stated at all nor was something ever alluded to in Fate, it's just the same shit you see in places like Spacebattles and Reddit all the time where they believe "Oh well Domain Expansion is kinda like a Reality Marble" suddenly means Domain Expansion = Reality Marble when a Domain Expansion would be lucky to be called a Bounded Field.
We know that Heroic Spirits can control their energy levels and their output for a LONG TIME(That's pretty much the case whenever it comes to Artoria or Heracles fighting at all) and EMIYA "only destroying a Cemetery" yet that still could have killed Artoria even in the VN where Heracles takes away a massive chunk of the force(Which I LOVE how SB members miss that detail) and what destroyed the Cemetery was a REMAINDER of that power.
Meanwhile Karna has a stronger Saint Graph than EMIYA and thus can do far more powerful attacks just like Arjuna. There is no difference with Noble Phantasms because Noble Phantasms alone don't work as Nasu even stated when you attack without a True Name Release with a Noble Phantasm, there is no added bulk there, it's just the users Attack Stat(This is why it was important when Artoria started going genuinely in and was able to kill Heracles) alongside if they have any Skills to amp it further.
It's just trying to get the cake and eat it too.
Uryu was sandbagging as he never used The Anti-Thesis outside of Senjumaru as Haschwalth was looking into every time he fought. Still impressive as shit as Uryu was still trying to defeat him but it's also impressive for Uryu as he had to take all of that head on.
