I honestly think the reason why you have dudes think Subaru wins is because RBD can keep on bringing Subaru back till he can "inevitably win"(more like run like a bitch and hope they kill each other off first).
Of course, we not only know that's BS, Subaru himself has his mental limits and will just become an onion after a bit of excruciating kills.

As if Renji wasn't holding back against Uryu as well, in fact HE was the one we were directly told was holding back by avoiding vital areas. Uryu not using his schrift doesn't matter when he already has better physical and raw power feats than all the Elites.

So no getting matched by Gerard (even dodging his shit point-blank) and getting fucked by Hoffnung is in no way > Damaging Vollstanding Uryu while holding back and forcing him to use Sklaverei to recover and defeat you.

The only person in this entire list that would even struggle against Mahoraga... is Kiritsugu Emiya and that's only IF you go with the bum ass fashion of how Fate/Zero handles him vs. how every other adaptation basically goes on about how truly damaging Mage Hunters can be even against geniuses like Wodime(Who can straight up mince Mages like swiss cheese).

That or actually give him an Origin Knife like Nasu ultimately did because even he knows that being a Mage Killer with limited bullets made from his body is fucking stupid(When Mages can already deal with guns for the longest).

What matters is not specifically the criteria for a Noble Phantasm, but the general level. Servants despite being made out of magic also don't poof out of existence when poked by Rule Breaker.

As Mahoraga is a whatever centuries old reviving spirit carrying the concept of adapting to all physical phenomena, the idea that it doesn't reach that general level required to be above Rule Breaker is a pretty indefensible claim.

EDIT: I do "love" that the rest of their arguments against it is the usual ignoring Rule 13 because "Mahoraga doesn't work under that principle" but ignore that's what Rule 13 literally DOES. He's even summoned like a fucking Servant moreso than any of the other Ten Shadows, the fuck you mean he doesn't operate the same way

Physically? iirc he's like... way weaker than Asura (although I think I recall something about him destroying the multiverse at the end of each loop of it)

In terms of durability/invulnerability he's unkillable, with a capital U - even the creator god of the setting can't kill him
