All three scenarios have a speed equal or unequal parts to them.

Can she clear, or if not, how far does she go?

Triple digits mach speed. Her dc should be around country or continent level. Or higher since she is hyped to be a world threat, by the end of the series she has enough control over her powers to stop a multi-planetary phenomenon.

Her abilities consist of traveling through dimensions or manipulating time by teleporting, she can use this in combat to move in a short burst or speed herself up dashing, she has a magic stone that allows her to summon fireballs and some sort of sound manipulation with her scream that incapacitated the Wild Hunt along with everyone in Kaer Morhen. She can BFR people in another time or world if she grabs hold of you.

Geralt can also move away or parry a Djinn's lightning in the game. In the books, Vilgevortz could deflect Yennefer's lightning, and Geralt moved out of the way just in time of Vilgevortz's lightning.

Still dunno what to make of lightning spells in TW.

You have Alzur's lightning which is pretty much the only lightning spell confirmed to be actual lightning and it's kinda strongly implied that the spell is above the paygrade of the vast majority of mages in the verse, Yen included. Tho granted, it's a spell that also has a homing effect included so ...yeah.

The meteor and Djin shit is legit tho, so i don't think it matters that much either way.
