Jack after he defeats Fake Garland. He has access to all basic weapons and classes at that stage.
Clive after the fight against the knight of the blinding dawn. He has access to all of his basic weapons and abilities at that point.
Scenario 2:
Endgame Final Boss Jack Garland. All endgame weapons and jobs are available, but only the strongest ones.
Endgame Clive. He has access to ultima weapons and all eikons.
Who wins this bloodfest?
