Yesterday, I dreamt of being trapped in a jungle firefight with my squad. We were pinned down under heavy enemy fire, with half of our team already taken down. I felt searing pain as bullets ripped through my legs, and a menacing enemy soldier loomed closer, knife glinting in the dim light, just before I jolted awake.
