Ok I'll explain further - from a town's perspective, we don't know the identify of their kill. What this means is even if they hit vanilla town, from our perspective, we won't know the difference, and PR claims are not gonna be clear anyway, unless someone who is mafia and claimed a PR dies, implying they were the janitored claim.
Basically even if they hit VT it's not a "failure", it obstructs anyone getting hard clear

Yes, I'm aware of this. You're coming the same conclusion as me before the game, that it could be optimal for all town to claim out near the end of the day1 and for town to Lynch in all other 15 non claimed players.
That's the main minus of that I've accepted.
But that's even optimal? Strongman goes for Ang then next day vigilante is killed or cop and town doesn't get nothing from PR.
If we don't treat PRs as 100% clears and allow them to work while hidden we could get a lot more of it. I guess? It's more optimal if played right. Maybe.
