are we counting manga for this? thats where all the other universe JP continuity characters are afaik (unless Devil Z or something has some crazy shit going on I don’t know about)

I would imagine that the Deceptigod avatar can be stopped by any solid g1 character since there's more planet level stuff even at a low end for Jg1, and characters like God Ginrai and BlackZarak were well above solar system level and could destroy black holes.

In the Legends comic, Devil Z tried to kill all the residents of the Legends World so he can use their reality-warping Shinchōkon energy to conquer other universes. He doesn't actually scale to being multiversal tho, as far as my knowledge goes.

haven’t read all of those i don’t think, how successful was he?

i would imagine any star power user should be able to deal with D-Void though given their sort of success purging the Specters and star power being functionally no different than what actually killed D-Void in IDW
