There's also Chief Mendez who trained the Spartan IIs and helped train the Spartan IIIs, Staff Sgt. Johnson, the named Sgt who died in the Library on installation 04 who killed like hundreds of Flood combat forms before being overwhelmed.
Atriox is up there for casually soloing the Spartan II Red Team in Halo Wars 2 without any effort and making Douglas scream by breaking his shoulder. Tartarus is a given, who else?
Ripa, the evil Arbiter and Vadam's/Halo 2's Arbiter's predecessor in Halo Wars 1. Arbiter of course, same with Split-Jaw, the Blademaster in Halo infinite.
