It's seems right in DB's playbook to use DBZ Kai stuff for Cell when he appears, so:


Cell
-544.2 tenakilotons (Baseline) to 25.2 tenamegatons (VSB high assumption)
->288.150 thousand c (Low end using Namek Ship sheep speed calculation) to >15.207 billion c (If we use that King Kai said Namek was out of his planet's jurisdiction)

Dark Samus
-64.1415619025 Tenatons
->2.209 billion c (Using VSB low end calc of Samus flying to another galaxy) to 131.5 billion c (Using high end)
-Vastly more hax'd an nigh unkillable(?)

Cell only has combat skill and brute power, in which he is over thousands to almost millions of times stronger. He is outdone in hax really badly if VSB is correct. IDK if it's all wank but Cell ain't getting past mid-godly

Frankly don't know. It has the laboratory abomination thing that has Samus' powers down, but Copy-X does that too. Super Skrull is out of the question as I think DB knows nobody wants DBZ vs DC/Marvel anymore. Doomsday is hell no. Mereum is lel.
