I thought the Chaos King was an avatar of Oblivion?And all of this with Eddie is because of a multiversal dragon named the Anti-All that tried to kill another multiversal being named Lifebringer - One in order to end the multiverse and bring it back to nothing, getting ganked by Dr strange and the defenders who fed 3 multiverses worth of energy to lifebringer -One in order to kill the Anti-All scattering his existence across all of time and space, some of those pieces becoming the Chaos King and Knull. And all of this ties back TOBA who is just TOAA dicking around

Maybe it's because I never read the FT manga and actually forced myself all the way to the end with NNT. Even characters everyone loved like Escanor I could hardly give a shit about by the end knowing he simped for Merlin who the whole time turned out to just be another Meliodas simp because EVERY fucking thing had to revolve around him

Well as of now it's definitely a massive stomp in the former's favor. Though even with the attack missing it still caused a massive tsunami that would've wiped out the continent anyway if it weren't for Mash taking Innocent Zero's wand and using it like a fan to make a wind current that obliterated the tsunami.
