It sounds like Stitch would blitz if they start outside their ships. But (and i'm surprised this didn't factor into the verdicts more considering how casually they dropped it) with Rocket apparently having a ship that is MILLIONS of times faster than light if he's piloting that, Stitch would never be able to catch him. Rocket could perhaps just set it on autopilot for a bit while creating some distance between them, and jerry-rig one of his herald tier weapons onto the ship so he can fire it while flying. Seems simple enough.

Then I guess the only other way Rocket could win is if DB just outright gives him some level of Herald scaling for his reaction speed.

Though... If Stitch is getting all his powerups and shit and Rocket's getting his mechs I could see DB also just going through everything both of them have ending with both of them going in their ships.

Even if it would be more accurate for Stitch to blitz from the start DB tends to let each combatant go through all their "forms" and show off everything they have. So Rocket's ship being the fastest thing either of them have for movement still feels like it would be meaningful in that context.
 
Very thematic. Obito is to Madara what Vader was to Palpatine, once a hero with potential to do great things before being corrupted by their respective evil mentors into a masked, heavily scarred, depraved shell of their former selves carrying out a twisted version of their once noble goals.
 
Also this is the second time they’ve put Vader in a Death Battle. First one against Dr. Doom
