None really. Panty also has no real similarities to him but would still be a better match since both use guns.

really it mainly aesthetics really
 
Since DB seem to make their own sprites, be cool for them to make characters from books like Owen Deathstalker, Wei Shi Lindon, Nathaniel Cade, the Walking Man, Razor Eddie, Anomander Rake, Reno Williams, Elric of Melniboné, Darth Bane or Drizzt Do'Urden.
