Where does DBH truly stand? I always thought it was multiversal+, so I'm genuinely curious about about how far it goes

I feel like if Goku DOES win it still won't satisfy the dragon ball community because they had to use composite version with DBH so it'll just feel like a consolation prize, the same way Obito winning was pretty empty because he had help from the Juubi
