Really curious on the crews reasoning of doing Saitama vs Popeye
do they feel like even if Saitama gets to Universal level t wouldn't change the outcome?
we know he can draw views given Tatsumaki and Genos drew 3-Mil in their videos but man.

Could be because Popeye has actual toonforce hax that can alter matter and reality and the laws of physics (My favorite is when he straight up caught a normal lightning bolt and got rid of it by drowning it like it was a person :lmao ) whereas Saitama's power is purely physical and doesn't extend beyond that, he can't breathe in space or fly for example. So it could be that even if they were to say neither character has an upper limit Popeye would still win because of the crazy shit he could still do to Saitama that doesn't limit him to just beating him to death. Even if they do treat them as gag NLF, even if people do try to argue that Saitama has limitless strength and speed (which they're already doing in the comments) Popeye has actual toonforce.

I know that the crew did buy into Saitama as a NLF gag character in both of their DBCs they used him in but even if they didn't have Liam as a lead researcher they would seriously have to actually go out of their way to ignore almost every cartoon feat as well as all the evidence in OPM and word of god that Saitama isn't invulnerable nor does he have limitless power while wanking his pure fan hype to realistically have him survive this fight let alone win.

...I mean, I don't give Sasuke any credit for winning that fight myself. But I have always assumed, due to its legendary status as the unbreakable genjutsu, that Tsukuyomi's potency doesn't really run on a spectrum. It's kinda just on or not. You can change the intensity of the damage by changing the illusion itself (being burned alive is probably harder on the psyche than a single kick to the dick), but breaking out of it clearly has a bare minimum skill floor.

I'd also mention that Zetsu notices Itachi not fighting at 100%, but is still impressed when Sasuke breaks free of Tsukuyomi. And also that, even if Itachi let it happen, it is still evidence that the Sharingan can break as well as deflect genjutsu. And, finally, that the Sharingan's deflection ability is actually a named skill of the base Sharingan, separate from its other illusion-related abilities: Magen: Kyō Tenchi-ten.

Bro. Shinji's Sakanade turns on inverted controls for a single sense. A sense that you can literally turn off and still be a top-tier fighter, just ask Tosen. Trying to apply its counters to a fully immersive illusion like Tsukuyomi or KS sounds like giga-cope.

What exactly about Aizen's counter to Sakanade would even apply to a full-immersion illusion? All Aizen did was ignore his visual input and act in accordance with what he knew was actually happening. He could do this because Sakanade follows a very specific rule that only changes a single variable. "Shinji appears to be coming from above swinging left to right, but I know that means he's actually coming from below swinging right to left."

KS and Tsukyomi can make it smell, taste, sound, feel, and look like you are at the bottom of the ocean being molested by a Kraken. What exactly is Aizen's logic here? "Well, every sense I have says I've been shoved waist-deep into Kraken twat, but I know...jack fucking shit because every tool for situational awareness I have is telling me I'm halfway up a giant crabs cooch." Sure, maybe he knows he's not actually being used as a crustaceans sex-aid, but that's all he knows.

Aside for speed, which is a disgusting disparity admittedly, wouldn't Sentry have most advantages? DB would have him at thousands of times universal and is a hax machine and nigh-unkillable.
