Okay to expand this, let me have a more reasonable number
I will assume it's half the size of the sun (696.35 thousand kilometers) therefore it's 10.62 thousand kilometers thick.
I will assume violent fragmentation of titanium. I don't think pulverization works as we see after it blew up it's very clear the panels are mostly intact.
Titanium Violent Fragmentation = 760 joules per cubic meter
pi(348,175 km)^2 * 10,620 km * 760 joules per cubic centimeter = 734.67 zettatons of TNT
To put this to perspecctive, at the lowest end if we have Bardock at 10k and scale it to Vegeta trying to destroy Earth. Since Goku needed KKx3 to equal that that means 8000 is 1/3 Earth level. That makes Bardock >19.813 zettatons of TNT
Oozaru is >198.13 zettatons of TNT
SSJ is >990.65 zettatons of tnt
So even this lowest end for Bardock edges out over Nolan.

@Claudio Swiss I saw Kyle vs Simon mentioned on the VSB thread. I read quite a bit and from what I see White Lantern Kyle doesn't scale too deep into the cosmology and only peaks at Orrery level which STTGL would be able to beat. The only feat that would change that is Mandrakk which is problematic for various reasons and realistically the Mandrakk Scaling is only Orrery level too.

Looked into my contact who is on the DB discord, they are saying that nobody is talking about any spoilers and no staff or anything have commented on it besides ultra saying he was confident in bardocks scaling."

I guess for one last calc, this is the highest you can realistically get for the Solar Disc feat using KE, if one uses KE for this they should also accept KE for Bardock
We can't base the velocity off of assuming it passed the radius in one second as that would lead to FTL velocities for debris
