It took me a while to read but I think I got the gist of it.

Basically they are fairly comparable in stats with the Super-form Tier Fighters in Eggman’s Army going slightly above the Pure Heart Wielders in Bowser’s Army in raw power (13x universal vs 12x universal). Speed also being comparable with top Bowser Generals and Eggman Generals. And Bowser’s Base Mario level troops actually edging out the Base Sonic level troops in speed.

But the seemingly biggest advantage either side has is Hax. And both in quantity and quality that goes to Bowser’s Army.

Better stealing options, better duplication options, Pure Hearts potentially negating the Space-Time Destruction of the Time Eater, Retry clocks basically giving Bowser ways to undo a losing scenario, and the Boo army being the best single troop when it comes to hax (King Boo himself especially) with stuff like possession being able to take huge chunks of Eggman’s Mechanical Army and turn them against him.

And it all adds up over time. With Eggman and his army having a good amount of notable hax of their own. But not quite enough and easier to counter compared to the best haxes of Bowser’s army.

As someone rooting for Bowser, I’m happy to see this. Can’t say for certain Deathbattle will go the same way but I definitely hope they will!
