Bowser being in the front lines dropping self sacrifice after self sacrifice just like in Mario & Luigi, Paper Mario and Legend of the Seven Stars while Eggman is the spineless coward who just sends in his chess material.

No, they didn't. They said the Emeralds might scale higher. As in whether they actually did was ambiguous.

And when they said they had more, they were including other objects like the moons and shine sprites as well, which would be additional sources of power.

And for like the fourth time, the Emeralds and the Stars ultimately did not matter because both sides had access to bigger shit that went as far as multiversal.

They literally marked the "trump card" category, which included the Stars, Emeralds, and their bigger shit as a tie. So "by definition" they canceled each other out.
 
Guy's clearly having a break down over Bowser winning if he thinks mentioning character trades is 'dick riding' a fictional character.

All that tells someone even remotely knowledgable is that you've never played a game in which Bowser had a more prominent role than being the villain in Mario Bros.

I dint care what other arguments they gave I blakc boxes those are the things they mention directly and Solaris is more impressive that the universe reset they survived plain and simple. Why do you refuse to answer this question I know they put it at a tie but why did they question
 

I did answer the question. They said the Emeralds might have an argument for higher scaling, but it was counterbalanced by the fact that Bowser would have had more than just the Grand Stars available.

"Might" being the operative word. Whether the Emeralds were stronger was questionable enough that Bowser having access to the Grand Stars along with the Shine Sprites, Moons, and other similar items would be an equal force.

They did not actually give the Emeralds higher scaling, nor did they grant it to the Grand Stars and other similar artifacts. The vague upper boundary for the Emeralds was not high or explicit enough to justify ranking them over the collective total of the Stars, Moons, and Sprites. Full stop.
 
For fucks sake, "there are more of them" doesn't even refer to there being more Grand Stars, it's about the fact that there are a bunch of similar item groups in Mario games, while Sonic only has the Chaos Emeralds.

Even if they were stronger than the Grand Stars, they wouldn't be stronger than the Grand Stars + Moons + Shine Sprites + whatever other collectible magic mcguffin from other games
