That's not going to stop them from using it (especially since they're using composited Godzilla) and the fact that Godzilla just needs to make contact with Hulk's blood (or just drain his radiation) to attain the Hulkzilla form alone pretty much cements an advantage here.
They stated there not using any upcoming crossovers involving the fight to determine the outcome while there using a composite big G there not gonna use this as evidence
