there not gonna go for infinite kratos but they'll put him in the same speed bracket as asura
Hard to say. A number of ways they could go about it.
I'm thinking maybe Kratos loses an arm earlier on, and in the climax, runs toward Asura while wielding his axe in his remaining hand.
Asura runs toward him, having lost two or more of his own arms.(realistically, he shouldn't be losing any limbs to Kratos, but if you want to make this look epic, make it seem like they've both maimed each other leading up to this final bit.)
I'd have Kratos throw his axe, which Asura dodges as they close in, but at the last second, Kratos recalls it, taking another of Asura's arms with it, and as Kratos grabs his axe and Asura is seemingly off-balance, he goes for the headshot to end it.
Could have that be the fakeout, but with Asura managing to slip it or catch the axe on either side, with two hands(could be his remaining hands.)
After a bit of struggle, and maybe with some lines exchanged, Asura has a rage boost and does the unthinkable: He shatters the axe into pieces.
Weapon gone, and his wife's last memento destroyed, Kratos has his own rage boost, as he and Asura get involved in one last battle of fisticuffs, where Kratos ultimately goes down fighting one-armed, like a champ, as Asura overwhelms and eventually kills him, either by smashing his head to pieces, or decapitation through uppercut.
They didn’t give Joker the “outerversal” nonsense against Giorno, opting to put him at universe level instead.
And I can see them playing with Asura’s reactive evolution to say he’ll grow stronger over the course of the fight.
With Asura’s insane stamina (in DLC in one of his weaker forms fought an amped Akuma to a stalemate for centuries until they turned to stone and even past that) I could also see a great argument for Asura winning through outlasting even if they’re put around the same strength and durability.

They dint give it to him cause they didn't need to not cause they don't necessarily believe it lol they have done it before

It's hilarious to me hoe upset everyone at the existence of this fight because of a few cosmic feat in asuras wrath that don't represent most of the game play lmao. You guys were ok with putting Po at country based on lore and no feats in canon to support that but for some reason kratos with way more lore feats shouldnt be able go hurt asura lol
That's the point being asked why are you u able to answer lol. They said the Chaos Emeralds are stronger than the feat universe reset but it didn't matter cause he had more grandstars. So how many time universal is that? How many grandstars are needed to scale to universal

1 - they said the Chaos Emeralds might be stronger and did not quantify to what extent. It was a hypothetical that could be argued for or against
2 - it wasnt that he had more Grand Stars, it was that he had them plus all the other McGuffins like the Moons and normal Power Stars
1 - nobody said that about Metal
2 - Mario and Bowser scale to the Pure Hearts (because they wield them), which are infinitely multiversal

Someone did post a comic panel of of neo metal getting hurt by shadow chaos spear to down play his Super form to essentially say that it doesn't matter if he has one cause he doesn't scale to Solaris whoch means nothing and not the point being made. They did say Solaris is stronger via destroying "all timeliness" how many times universal is bowser or mario via the grandstars, five times four times? How many were needed to the universal feat . Again you are doing the same deflecting and pointing out pure hearts scaling, I don't care fuck that bowser wins by you win you are right. How many times universal are there if you use the universe reset feat alone
