Whenever David Production gets to adapting the final arc of the Fire Force manga I can bet that the demand for Arthur and Shinra matchups will skyrocket. Arthur got one of the best fights in any manga, and Shinra's getting one of the most creative final fights of all time. They're both gonna be visually stunning to see animated and they're both gonna generate a metric fuck-ton of hype (though in different ways).

Seriously though, ignoring all the... baggage... of MGQ, Black Alice vs ExDeath is a good thematic matchup:

• Both are monsters/demons who were sealed away or defeated 500 years ago
• Both go through a long winded 4-D chess plan of betrayal and deceit to reach the ultimate power of the primordial universe
• Upon their defeat, they become insane and merge to become representations of the void/chaos
• Both are multiversal powers through their manipulation of the void
• Both have awesome music for all their forms

They've been in a different league since Arthur sliced Earth in two, and now Shinra is on some creation god shit that could end up even more insane (like I wouldn't be surprised if the entire universe got altered or remade at this point, insane) depending on if Ohkubo wants to follow through on the hints that Fire Force is the universe that preceded Soul Eater's universe.
