That's why I am starting to think that's a small reason they did Omnilander. They are saving Omnidock for a fight with ab igger budget maybe next season. Dragon Ball fights tend to have higher budgets/better animation, why ruin that when they can do one that is more lucrative for what they can make at the moment.

Even with what they pegged Omni-Man right now, he is faster than Bardock. A galaxy in less than a week is >5,000,000c. The power gap is massive however. Bardock is hundreds of thousands to millions of times stronger than Omni-Man with tick scaling. Omni-Man is a physical fighter even if he can dodge a danmaku of explosions he's going to be fighting hand-to-hand with Bardock eventually and that is probably when Bardock can pull a win.
Or hell maybe they have someone else in mind for Bardock, bring some attention to a smaller series by pitting him against a fan favorite in a potential close fight or something.
the only person Bardock has is Minato From Naruto that Mu is ass and we don't need another Naruto vs Dragon Ball Episode when Jiraiya vs Roshi exist
Nolan is Bardock best and i could see intrest stay alive given the Tv series popularity
