Probably around island or country level. A Tenno named Atlas is able to punch meteors that would have caused another extinction similar to what wiped out the dinosaurs. When Inaros dies his death conjures a colossal sandstorm capable of piercing the sky.
Relativistic speed. Tenno’s can easily deflect laser/photon weapons. Gauss, a speedster Tenno can amp his own speed combined with Volt’s ability to amp anyone’s speed as shown in that video. Volt has a feat in the trailer when he moves so fast that bullets are almost frozen in midair. Volt can channel electricity, and other Tenno’s like Excalibur can fight evenly with him. Excalibur has a lot of instances of him cutting bullets out of the air when being fired by multiple shooters. They have rifles.
Tenno’s are immortal and have infinite stamina since they’re literally just empty Frames being controlled by teenagers or children from another dimension or in the safety of their own ship. Even if you destroy the Frame, the kid could just send out another Frame.
Excalibur has energy manipulation, light manipulation (can also use this to blind and stun), electricity manipulation, can turn invisible, levitate or sort of fly, regeneration (mid-low), and energy and life absorption. That’s not including the different Mods that they can equip that give him more abilities. Is equipped with the Exalted Blade an ethereal blade of pure light where he can spam sword beams that can also stun and blind.
