idk what deidara scales to but i dont think he scales to any of the higher end feats right, so doesnt king piccolo stomp by being moon level

Deidara flipping the turtle island reached single digit gigatons from what I remember and he's somewhere between HS and MHS in speed.
This probably comes down to whether or not Roshi's moon busting is treated as an outlier. Without the moon level scaling, Piccolo tops out at city level iirc.

Piccolo wins. Deidara can't hide in the air like he can from any other opponent since Piccolo can fly and unlike Piccolo, Deidara's a glass cannon. It would be mid or high diff for Piccolo I'd say on the basis of how tricky and slippery Deidara is. The dude somehow evaded being murdered by Team Kakashi and Team Guy while he was out of chakra and out of arms.
I don't remember if Piccolo Damao has an omnidirectional blast like Jr does but he's definitely gonna ragequit and spam ki blasts everywhere when he finds out how tricky killing Deidara will be with substitution jutsu and clones.
