They can hurt them, with Yamato's Judgement Cuts, unless they can resist spacial cuts from something potent enough to separate entire dimensions.

I know I heard talk of somebody resisting Law's Room via Haki but I'm pretty sure that still wouldn't let them no sell a Judgement Cut. So time-stop/slow should be a pretty easy win for team DMC.

Either way it's a stomp for one side or the other.
