I thought Accel was also universal

He's galaxy level no matter what pax tells you

He can reflect attacks from that league, for example a blast or a hit and some types of hax so in theory he could fight against someone universal level depending on the type of attacks it has.

I don't know anything about D&D and I imagine, he/she/it will have a lot of reality warping, I'm just going to highlight that point.
