The Limit of Questions is the destruction of the material universe due to too many intelligent lifeforms.

Thousands of years ago, a meteor crashed into the planet and caused a bunch of Scub Corals to wake up. They quickly went back to sleep, but in that moment they exceeded the Limit of Questions. As such, they created the Great Wall, a space where every physical law is ignored. If the Limit of Questions is exceeded and all the Scub Coral awaken, then that space would swallow everything.

I still need to find an official source for this, but the Limit of Questions is apparently inspired by the science fiction novel Blood Music by Greg Bear, in which a self-aware race of bacteria starts to take over the Earth, and as they can observe individual particles they cause quantum physics to break down and reality to be disrupted as there are too many observers.

(The theory is based on one used by author Greg Bear in his novel Blood Music. In that novel, Earth was overrun by trillions of microscopic life forms with a collective consciousness. Scientists in the novel theorized that so many “observers” in the same space could make it possible to determine both position and momentum of a particle, breaking quantum physics and disrupting reality. Many concepts in a Eureka Seven are based on Bear’s novel.)

Greg "Bear" Egan gets his name from Greg Bear and Greg Egan (both sci-fi writers).

I found it! The Limit of Questions is where there are too many astronomical intelligences/observers in the same place and the physical world collapses. The same principal seems to be at work behind the Seven Swell phenomenon and the Kute-class Coralians. The idea is indeed inspired by the novel Blood Music by Greg Bear.

*Limit of Kudan
A critical point derived by Dr. Greg Bear Egan based on the theory of information dynamics, where multiple astronomical intelligences exist in the same place and the physical world collapses. The Great Wall is a remnant of this phenomenon that once occurred by chance. It seems that the same principle is at work at the root of the physical phenomena beyond common sense caused by the Sevenswell phenomenon and the Cute-class Coralian. The original idea appears in the sci-fi novel Blood Music by Greg Bear, which is also the source of Dr. Bear, but here it is arranged further.

The Kute-class Coralians ability to warp lasers and the transcendental destructive power of Nirvash during the Seven Swell phenomenon is due to the Coralians waking up in the billions, trillions and even quintillions in a very small space, thus causing the Limit of Questions to be exceeded in that area (before the Coral Command Cluster puts them back to sleep).

抗体や人型、雲状のクテ級などの区別がある。トレゾア技研のベア博士、そしてヴォダラクの高僧ノルブは、コーラリアンが知性体であるとの説を唱えている。

* Coralian
There are distinctions such as antibody, humanoid, and cloud-like Kute class. Dr. Baer of Tresor Institute and Vodalak High Priest Norb have theories that Coralians are sentient beings.
The reason why the laser bends around the Coralian cloud and the transcendental destructive power of Nirvash during the Seven Swell phenomenon is that the Coralians who are usually asleep by the signals from the command cluster are in billions, trillions, and quintillion units. This is because by being forced to wake up in , it exceeds the limits of Kudan and changes the laws of physics around it.

The real life equivalent of Bell Forest is Scotland (inspired by the movie Trainspotting, with a protagonist also named Renton).

ちなみに、ベルフォレストを現実世界の位置に置き換えると、スコットランドで ある。『トレインスポッティング』の舞台がスコットランドであり、この映画の 主人公レントンも自分の生まれた土地や環境に不満を持っている。

*Belforest
A town in the northern frontier where Renton grew up.
By the way, if you replace Belforest with its real world location, it's Scotland. "Trainspotting" is set in Scotland, and the main character, Renton, is dissatisfied with the land and environment in which he was born.

Controrado is where Renton's uncle Yucatan Iglesias lives, and it's real world equivalent is Bolivia in Central America.

レントンが幼少を過ごした町で、伯父のユカタンが住んでいる。気候は暑く、名産はパンチャの実とアドロックビール。現実世界の位置に置き換えると、中米ボリビア周辺である。

*Controrad
Renton spent his childhood in the town where his uncle Yucatan lives. The climate is hot, and the specialties are Pancha fruit and Adrok beer. Replacing it with the real world location, it is around Bolivia in Central America.

Salisia, a city destroyed by a Kute-class Coralian manifesting, is located in the real life equivalent of Cuba.

サウスアイレス近郊都市。クテ級コーラリアン雲の出現によって壊滅した。アネモネとエウレカへの薬を処方してもらうため、ドミニクとレントンが訪れた町。
ちなみに、サリサオルネを現実世界の位置に置き換えると、キューバ周辺である。

Orne A city near South Aires. Destroyed by the appearance of the Cute-class Coralian Cloud. A town visited by Dominic and Renton to get medicine for Anemone and Eureka.
By the way, if you replace Sarisa Orne with the position in the real world, it's around Cuba.

The real life equivalent of Strohorn and Orland Valley is Italy.

KLFやRPGなどを有する州軍基地がある。また、ストロホルンの有名な間欠泉もあ る。ゲッコーステイトの面々がリフを楽しんだ。
ちなみに、オールランド渓谷やストロホルンを現実世界の位置に置き換えると、 イタリア周辺である。

* There is a National Guard base with the Allland Valley KLF, RPG, etc. There is also the famous geyser of Strohorn. The Gecko State guys enjoyed the riff.
By the way, if you replace the Orland Valley and Strohorn with their real world locations, they are around Italy.

Dr Bear indeed gets his name from Greg Bear and Greg Egan.

*グレッグ・ベア・イーガン
アーキタイプ研究の第一人者で、スカブコーラル知性体仮説を提唱している。熊のような体型と風貌からドクターベアと呼ばれることも。研究者としてベアを崇拝している者も多く、ジョブスはそのうちの一人である。また、ミーシャとは元夫婦という意外な過去を持つ。
名前の由来は、いずれも90年代を代表するSF作家グレッグ・ベアとグレッグ・イーガンから。主な著書に『火星転移』（グレッグ・ベア）、『宇宙消失』（グレッグ・イーガン）などがある。
京田監督によると最初の構想ではベアとイーガンで双子のキャラにしようと考えていたとか。

* Greg Bear Egan
A leading archetype researcher and proponent of the Scav Coral Intelligence Hypothesis. He is also called Doctor Bear because of his bear-like body and appearance. Many researchers worship bears, and Jobs is one of them. He also has a surprising past as a former couple with Misha.
The name comes from SF writers Greg Bear and Greg Egan, both representatives of the 90s. His major publications include Mars Transfer (Greg Bear) and Disappearance of the Universe (Greg Egan).
According to director Kyoda, the initial idea was to make Bear and Egan twin characters.

William B. Baxer is named after scifi author Stephen Baxter.

25話で、行き倒れたレントンを助けた青年ウィリアム・B・バクスター（通称ウィル）。絶望病の妻マーサと二人で暮らしている。
彼の名前のモチーフとなったのは、1957年、イギリス・リヴァプール生まれの小説家・SF作家の「スティーブン・バクスター」である。ハードSFで有名であり、主な作品は『ジーリー（Xeelee）シリーズ』。

William B. Baxter (commonly known as Will), a young man who helped Renton who collapsed in episode 25 of William. He lives with his wife, Martha, who has despair.
His name was inspired by Stephen Baxter, a novelist and science fiction writer born in Liverpool, England in 1957. He is famous for his hard sci-fi, his main work is "Xeelee series".
