I know this argument has been made, but I want to ask you what wolf Ratchet gains from claiming lightning rod? We got no wolves yet here, so wolf team should feel cozy. Ratchet wasn't really in immediate POE, so he should feel doubly safe. I have a hard time reconciling Ratchet‘s LR usage from a Town Ratchet pov as well. He knew CP could potentially get a shot off, as Town he would also think Phenom might get his ability off and catch scum, and scum would just never not kill Phenom there, so using his bus drive instead of the LR just seems like the more optimal choice here when he risks cucking all the remaining Town PR claimers from using their third shots.
That being said, I can still see him do that as Town if he thought the benefits outweighed the risks, but not sure they actually would have here. Just some food for thought.
