digimon is more sci-fi than fantasy.

I don't agree with this. While the Digital World obviously has a digital theme, since that's the point, the series as a whole is a lot more fantasy than sci-fi.

Technology is only really used as an explanation for how the Digital World exists (even that depends on the series) and while there are Cyborg and Machine Type Digimon, there are also Knights, Sorcerers, Angels, Fallen Angels, Digimon based on Gods etc and these tend to play a much bigger role in the story than their mechanical counterparts.

At least the Royal Knights (who would still be S+ Tier due to Alphamon) and the Seven Great Demon Lords should still count as Fantasy factions IMO.

Twin Peaks is known for its cherry pie, 50s inspired noir crime thriller, and quirky lynchian humor. However that stuff is a mere illusionary facade of the show which is metatextually shattered and bludgeoned hard by Lynch come the last episode of Season 2 and Fire Walk With Me, which basically goes out of its way to dunk on the idea that Twin Peaks is just some weird cop show.
