Immeasurable/Infinite/Irrelevant speed: What qualifies it?

Infinite having a finite limit onto it of any kind ceases to make it infinite.
I'm not sure how people don't understand such a basic concept.

Immeasurable Speed is also similar as it would also be infinite as there is no real difference between them. This it might as well be instantaneous movement at best with no delay whatsoever
 
tbh they are all the same in that at these levels of speed, your essentially omnipresent
 
Time stop/manipulation, being effectively omnipresent with sheer speed, having feats that are literally impossible to measure with basic physics or being an abstract/divine being who transcends the actual concepts of space and time
