There's nothing any of them can do to even match Jack let alone Eva and Negi on top of it in the second scenario. The Negima verse scales a lot higher than the other 3 verses.

the hax that rakan has is mostly what gives him the w, stats wise he at least multi continental+ levels, at least relativistic+/lightspeed reactions (counting lol eos unquality holder stats)

now for hax, gai returned after being erased with sheer willpower (twice, can still be knocked out = render unconscious = k.o in obd ), can attack intangibles, can bfr/and counter bfr techs, can create mini black holes like techs, can negate regen, etc
